Missed Lessons

Please do not schedule classes if you cannot attend. Only one class per session will be rescheduled and only if I have received at least 24 hour advance notice in cases of family emergencies or illness. Advanced notice gives me the opportunity to use your spot for another child that is entitled to a make up lesson. Typically there are no free spots available during a session. Makeup spots become available when someone has notified me they are sick or missing. Makeup classes may not be transferred from one swim season to another. All classes must be rescheduled during the present swim season. Please do not request make up classes if you are not entitled to them. 

The onus is on the parent to contact Sandy to arrange a make up lesson once the child is well. Contact Sandy each day to learn if a make up spot has come available for that day.  

*NEW* - a fee of $10 per makeup will be charged in advance for clients who request a makeup but do not meet the criteria for those that are entitled.
